What users are asking note-taking apps to fix next

Can’t swing $270 for a virtual note pad.

now they have more than doubled the fee two years in a row. It is now $260 per year and that is just mind boggling for my use.

I bought the app and now I can’t use it or access my account unless I pay a yearly payment.

I was disappointed to login to my account to discover that I have to repay for notebooks that I already had access to

the app is just so slow that it really impedes my work.

I use long lists with checkboxes and it doesn’t load correctly on iPhone 12. I get 1/5 of the way down the page and it blacks out, shows a loading spinner, and resets me at the top.

I am tremendously disappointed though in how laggy it is on a regular basis (on iPhone, iPad and Mac) and how often it gets stuck and either crashes or I have to force close the app and restart it.

I’m having lots of lag on the editor. I often have to stop and let it catch up. It’s erasing more than I tap for.

I frequently encounter duplicated notes labeled as “conflicted copies.”

Sync is a hot mess most of the time. Every time I have to reconnect Google Drive I get a duplicate, triplicate, etc collection.

As of today version 4.1.18 their iCloud sync was not usable at all.

The most important thing to me is syncing across devices, and it barely works.

The app freezes constantly, lags on every action, and is essentially unusable.

Simple note taking overheats my ipad

if I do an update on my desktop and it doesn’t generate on my app and vise versa

It doesn’t sync with the onenote on my desktop

the app crashes immediately on launch and cannot be opened at all.

I can’t open Google Keep any more. It crashed all the time.

App is so slow to open on mobile

My problem is that notes occasionally are erased, through no keystroke I can find.
